Where this or other circumstances force the organisers to cancel the course, the liability of the organisers shall be limited to full refund of any course fees paid. Cancellation of bookings by students will be subject to 10% cancellation fee up up to 14 days prior to the course date after which full fee will be payable. Students may be substituted at any time.
