Mary has extensive experience in the development, implementation and audit of quality management systems at all levels. She undertakes management system support and consultancy, including training and facilitation of quality improvement programmes. With a clinical background, she has specialist skills in Healthcare and associated service providers' quality systems. This has developed over a 12 year period in Quality Management in this industry.
