 Description
The seminar is based on the EFQM Excellence Model and will provide the following:

An introduction to the fundamental concepts of excellence
- An introduction to the nine elements of the model
- An overview of available recognition schemes
- An introduction to self-assessment
- An overview of QMI Scotland's 'Be the Best' product range
Notes
A full set of hand-out notes will be provided.
Aim
The aim of the seminar is to give participants an introduction to the EFQM Model and its uses. It will provide an appreciation of the benefits of using the model as a basis for self assessment to improve performance.
