Jennifer has extensive experience in the development, implementation and audit of business and quality management systems at all levels. She undertakes corporate and vendor audits; auditor instruction courses; delivery of business development and quality management system and support packages across a broad cross section of SME's and carries out a comprehensive package of management training in all areas of QHSE and legal compliance. Jennifer has a breadth of experience as a business consultant and in the presentation of bespoke training courses to a diverse range of skill sets.
Jennifer spent 8 years training and qualifying as Factory Microbiologist for a leading international food manufacturer; following this she spent several years as a Technical and Quality Manager in the engineering manufacturing sector gaining knowledge and experience with of formalised ISO quality management systems and various international engineering, automotive and aerospace standards, at this time Jennifer gained an MSc in Quality Management in Engineering.
She eventually returned to food manufacturing with roles as a Senior Technical Manager and Operations Manager; a period of independent employment gave her the opportunity to work further with the ISO 9000:2000 series, UKAS, BRC, FPAL and EFSIS along with specialised contracts for the Armed Forces, CAA and the FAA. During this time Jennifer carried out many teaching assignments including Diploma courses for the CQI and studied for and gained an LLB with French which expanded her breadth of business and commercial organisations.
