Approved Lead assessor for LRQA for 5 years and conducted many third party assessments. As a consultant Mr. Spence possesses a range of skills and experience encompassing ISO 9000 quality systems, TQM, food safety (HACCP), human resource behavioural and motivational studies. Mr. Spence has assisted many organisation successfully achieve ISO 9000 registration. As a teaching professional Mr. Spence has extensive international experience and was member of the American Society of Quality Control (ASQC) teaching faculty from 1992 to 1995.
